Our first priority is to repair the appliance within the client’s budget. We want to fix your appliance and have your home running smoothly as quickly as possible. We know how difficult it can be if an appliance abruptly breaks, whether it’s a washing machine that strands you with no way to wash clothes or a broken fridge that leaves you with spoiling food, and want to assist our valued customers in any way we can. The ideal solution is a fast and easy fix so you can go back to enjoying your appliance. However, that’s not always possible. If repair is not financially feasible, our technician will recommend a new appliance. If the client decides to come into our Railroad Square store to shop for a new appliance, the client will pay for the original service call, but a $20 credit will apply to the new appliance purchase.
